Clients that we accompany to Buenos Aires have either bought already or are at the negotiation stage with the builder. Once the initial paperwork is out of the way – usually within the first couple of days – there is plenty of time to explore the city and surrounding areas.
Visit prices start at £700.00 per person which includes flights and accommodation in a 5 star hotel. Prices will vary depending on the time of year and duration of stay.

Day 1
18.30pm Arrival in Buenos Aires.
Transfer to hotel.
‘Settling in’ period before dinner in one of the luxury restaurants in Puerto Madero.
Day 2
9.00am Breakfast at the Hotel
10.00 am Guided tour of the main sights and neighbourhoods in BA including Palermo, Puerto Madero, Plaza España and the ‘Pink House’.
11.00 am Meeting with Legal and financial representatives to arrange tax numbers and power of attorney if necessary.
13.00pm Long lunch in Palermo district to get a chance to soak up the atmosphere.
15.00pm Transfer back to the hotel for breather – Jet lag probably just taking hold now!
20.00pm Dinner in Puerto Madero.
Day 3
9.00am Breakfast at the Hotel
10.00am Site tour of chosen development.
13.00pm Lunch at one of BA’s oldest and finest hotels.
15.00pm Exchange of contracts.
